PKMN Gijinka Project: Sheim

I love the Sheim(i) character from Pokemon!! Waahahaa all of them are so cute!!

So this was my second entry for
's contest XD

I was so mad at myself for the first entry that I had to start another one (because I'm crazy like that). I'm happy with her so I can rest for now. I tried out a different style of colouring o.O Not sure if it works for me...but what I really need to learn is how the heck do artists get the brilliant shiny effect, like light sabre bright *-* Painter? Mmmm must investigate this further...
